A daily diary for heart failure

Your morning numbers, clear at a glance.

HeartCues brings together your weight, blood pressure and how you feel each day. Your scale and cuff fill it in. You see the trend, and you choose who else sees it.

Every morning

Three readings. Most of it fills itself in.

Heart failure care plans usually ask for the same few things each day. HeartCues keeps them together, so nothing gets lost on a scrap of paper.

After you wake up

Step on the scale

Your smart scale sends the reading to Health Connect, and HeartCues picks it up. No connected scale? Add it by hand in two taps.

Take your blood pressure

Cuffs that write to Health Connect sync on their own. Every reading is kept, with the time it was taken.

How your data gets here

Works with the devices you already have.

Health Connect is the place on Android phones where health apps share readings. HeartCues reads weight, blood pressure and steps from it once you say yes.

Your scale and cuff

Any brand whose app writes to Health Connect.

Health Connect

On your Android phone. You decide which readings it passes on.

HeartCues

Your diary, on your phone or computer, in light or dark mode.

iPhone and Apple Health are not supported yet.

Trend over noise

Daily weight jumps around. The trend line doesn't.

A salty dinner or a late coffee can move the scale. HeartCues draws a smoothed trend through your weigh-ins, so you see the direction as well as the day.

  • Gain flags you set. Mark any rise of, say, 2 kg within 2 days. Use the numbers from your own care plan.
  • Week by week. Averages and changes, so a slow drift is easy to spot.
  • Everything on one timeline. Weight, symptoms and extra diuretic days, side by side.

Sharing

Show your doctor the numbers. Show family just the changes.

Each share link shows only what you pick. A clinic link can carry your patient number and open with a dated summary table. A family link can show changes in weight without the actual kilograms.

  • One link per person. Turn any link off and it stops working straight away.
  • Pick a start date. Share from your last appointment onwards, and nothing earlier.

Plain and simple

A diary for your numbers. It doesn't give medical advice.

HeartCues does

  • Keep your weight, blood pressure, steps and symptoms in one place
  • Show trends, averages and the gain flags you set
  • Let you share exactly what you choose, with whoever you choose

HeartCues doesn't

  • Diagnose anything or tell you what to do
  • Alert anyone. Nobody watches your numbers for you
  • Replace your care plan or your care team

Questions

Before you start

Which phones does it work with?

Syncing needs an Android phone with Health Connect. You can use HeartCues in any phone or computer's web browser, and add your weight by hand if you don't have a connected scale.

Which scales and blood pressure cuffs?

Any device whose app writes to Health Connect. Check your scale or cuff app's settings for a Health Connect option.

Who can see my data?

Only you, plus anyone you send a share link to. Each link shows only what you picked for it, and you can turn it off at any time.

Why is it invite only?

HeartCues is new and being built with a small group of people. Request an invite and we'll be in touch when there's a place.

Start with tomorrow morning's weigh-in.

HeartCues is invite only while it's in early use. Leave your email and we'll let you know when a place opens.
